TinyPOS ("the App") is developed and operated by Tanalat Boonfuang ("we", "us", or "our"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use TinyPOS.

TinyPOS is designed with a privacy-first approach. All your store data, products, orders, sales records, and settings remain strictly stored on your local device.

• Photos & Camera Access: If you grant permission, the App accesses your camera and photo library solely to allow you to capture product images or select store QR codes. These photos are saved locally on your device and are never transmitted to us or any third-party servers.
• iCloud Sync & Backup: If enabled, your store data may be backed up to your personal iCloud account. This data resides in your private iCloud container managed directly by Apple, and we have no access to it.
• No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, process, or store personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or analytics/usage tracking data.

All subscription transactions and purchases (such as TinyPOS Pro) are processed exclusively through Apple’s App Store in-app purchase system. We do not collect, process, or store any financial, bank, or credit card information.

• The App does not integrate with third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs.
• The App does not display third-party advertisements.

TinyPOS is intended for general commercial and retail use. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the App collects no user data, there is no risk of storing or sharing personal information of children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
